We will help you raise positive kids by having them in an activity with other positive kids and families.

We offer the highest quality martial arts instruction, with over 30 years experience in teaching, in a safe and positive learning environment. We offer specially designed martial arts and self defense programs for children, teens, adults, and even the whole family.   Mende's ATA Martial Arts is proud to have created over one hundred great black belt leaders in Forsyth County since 1995. We look forward to you becoming one of the next hundred in the years to come.
